    help anybody


    I received 2 xb1 messages today for MS/ XBOX LIVE about "YOUR INVITED TO PREVIEW XBOX ONE UPDATES REDEEM THIS CODE TO DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION"

    I USED BOTH CODES THAT WAS SENT ONE CODE DID NOTHING AT ALL. THE OTHER CODE SAID (XBOX ONE PREVIEW REGISTRATION) ITS BEING TRYING TO LOAD FOR ABOUT AN HOUR NOW. IT JUST SAYING "LOADING. PLEASE WAIT...."

    WHAT SHOULD I DO????

    Anybody help?

    Hey,

    My Xbox live connection keeps fluctuating, for example when playing a Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 game, my connection would go from 4 green bars to 1 red bar in the matter of seconds and this would continually repeat. I have tried testing my connection and
    my connection to the internet and Xbox live seem perfect, however when playing online I would come face to face with the same problem. Plus, I would often receive a message saying "Some Xbox Live contents are currently unavailable" or something like that.
    Also, every 2 hours or so I would be signed out of Xbox live for no reason.

    Anybody Help? would be very grateful if they could

    I had this too and just went out of the app and restarted it. Worked fine the second time help anybody :)

    Either load up another game or app then go back in or I just shut down and restarted the X1.

    I sat on that loading screen for about 10 mins but second time it went straight in.

    Sounds like the local profile is out of date or corrupted, and when an app or routine asks for data from it, it causes the involuntary disconnection. I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just temporary files plus game updates, automatically reloaded)
    by:

    1) Please do Settings | System Settings | Storage

    2) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

    3) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

    * Re-download *

    4) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

    5) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

    6) Enter the Microsoft Account addresse for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

    7) Enter the password for the Microsoft Account.

    7A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

    8) Pick the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

    9) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's Xbox!

    10) Sign in, and retry.
