Hi, we need advice please. My daughter has just got xbox one, and wants to keep all her contacts and games info from her Xbox 360. Problem is that she has forgotten her Microsoft password AND her answer to her security question!! She was nine when she set
it up!

is there another way to link her xbox360 info to xbox one if she just creates a new xbox one account? TIA

If you've already filled an application to retrieve your information, then unfortunately yes you must wait for Microsoft to approve or deny the application.

Windows Live ID's are tricky, if you can't access your e-mail or answer security validation then there's nothing anyone can do. If you call Xbox and answer their security information they can give you the e-mail you signed up with, but the password not so
much.

Microsoft Account security forums! If they are unable to help you, you'll need to open a new account.

Thanks for the advice. I have already gone through that and changed the password. However, the hacker still has access to my account as I am unable to change my recovery email without having access to the one he sent or using 2fa. The reason I need to find out how to suspend the account is so that the hacker will be unable to cancel my attempts to change the security info. Again, thank you so much for trying to help.
