Help! All my gear has disappeared :(

Your save files are in the cloud. The game will stay installed, it will just reset to default.

Wow this solved the issue, it was indeed an issue of stuck update.

I did a reset on Gears 5, game disappeared in xbox app. Searched for Gears 5 in xbox app and selected install.

A 500mb file was downloaded and game runs fine now.

Game version has changed from 108 to 109.

It's only been a day with no response, but I'm not particularly happy with anything Xbox right now.

Also I now own Battlefield Hardline digitally even though I never bought it. So unless I'm sleep shopping, WHAT IS GOING ON!?

Gears 3, gears 2, gears 1 and judgment came with gears 4 as codes, so thy aren't in the order history. Only gears 3 has the problem. This is the gears forum, with many people having the same problem:

It's a xbox store glitch or bug.

You can try a few troubleshooting steps that have worked for some players.

Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Minecraft".

Close the store and reopen it.

Load the game page and click on "Install".

If it still does work, please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.
