    ok so I have been suspended my gamerscore skyrocketed and I don’t know why nothing like this has ever happened to me I just want to figure it out my account has never been hacked before I suspect it has been hacked and my gamerscore has been tampered first
    off I am an avid achievement hunter. back to the issue I would like to get to the bottom of this and not have my gamer score reset and labeled as a cheater because I am well aware of what happens I am a very trust worthy Xbox gamer who has read the tos and
    obeys the codes of conduct my email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and my gamertag is killnu2

    Hi there,

    if you believe your account was hacked then and the suspension is caused by that then it might be best to contact official Xbox Support, see this link for some information: https://www.xbox.com/en-us/Live/Account-Security/What-To-Do

    They might be able to check the account for any suspicious activity etc. and investigate where needed.

    I understand your situation, unfortunately you will not find the help you need in this forum, in this forum no one can attend specific cases nor do we attend cases where access to the system is required, this forum is for help information and general advice, your case should be reviewed by a support agent through the contact website.

    Just to add to what Daft Badger has said, you may on occasion need to download updates when you get new games. At least that's what I gather from different posts on this forum in the past. Some games will need the most recent system update. I could be wrong
    on that, but don't think I am.

    I will also add that the Xbox One/S is a very connected console. It is quite limited in it's capabilities without an internet connection.

    I need help/information

    You'll need to connect online when you first set the console up for any updates but as long as you by disc copies of games you don't have to be connected online.

    Just check the back of the games case to make sure it's not an online only game.

    You can download games & if you set the console to offline mode & as the home console in the settings then the majority of digital games will work without being connected online as well.
