HELP Achievement/Gamerscore Glitch after updating 360!!

So I had my 360 for years and had my profile on there. When the Xbox One was launched, I brought my profile over to the One and have played it since launch. Today, I decided to hook up my 360 again, after an update and signing in with my XBL account information
on the 360 I see that I now have 2 games with 2 achievements each that are dated as of today.

My gamerscore is now 25 points higher on my 360 than what it should be (I've never played those two games, nor earned achievements for them that I recall)

Is this a known glitch? How do I fix this? Please advise ASAP!

Gamerscore decrease

Looking at your Gamerscore I assume this has resolved itself.

If it happens again don't worry.It's a glitch that has happened to quite a few people,including me.

In every case I've seen the Gamerscore & achievements have gone back to normal after a few days.

If it was a Gamerscore reset then every xbox 360 game achievements would be reset.

I had a temporary suspension due to gamerscore tampering and after this suspension I've been unable to unlock achievements for my 360 games. My entire set of 360 achievements were reset so I've been trying to unlock them again but it doesn't allow me to
do so. I've played 360 games that I've no history of playing before and achievements were unlocked for it so I think there was a problem after the suspension and a glitch has happened. Any help is appreciated.

ADDENDUM: The two games that showed up with today's date are those 2 guitar hero games that show up on my profile now! I've got a picture of my profile from 2 days ago I took and my GS was only 49845 without those two games on there.

 

Hello, There is sometimes a delay with achievements transferring from 360 to One, it shouldn't be an issue, wait a little bit

your profile, the achievements for the Guitar Hero games that add up to 25 gamerscore were earned offline. What likely happened is that you (or someone on your account) played
those games while you were not connected to the internet, and once you signed back in to your 360, it popped those achievements.
