HELP, account sharing Xbox one

I have always used live gold through account sharing. a great friend helped me by sharing his account (unfortunately I can't afford it). But there was an error, and this sharing is no longer possible, it has exceeded the limit. Is it possible to reset or undo this ban?

nope, and also sharing accounts to abuse the home system is against the terms and can lead to a ban.

It's possible to share you account with 5 devices, on Xbox One if one account have Gold Sub (eg.) all account login on that can share the benefits.

you can share gold and gamepass on both consoles and just pay a membership just have the profile on both consoles and turn on the sharing option, another option is to make a family account and on the main pay for the subscription and share with your children's
