HELP, account not signing in my xbox one

Hi, the thing is im facing a problem with my account on my xbox one, the thing is that when i logged in my accoun offline i would start File Explorer it would crash, i restarted, unpluged and etc and it would crash with two accounts i used the most and would
work with rest,Then i went online in which my accounts wouldnt signin, when i try either of the two to signin, the signin would crash and i restarted unpluged and still no luck, then i removed my accounts. Now when i try to add either of em a notice shows
up that *This account is already being used on this device*, but it isnt on the console i even removed it from my mobile. When I told a friend to signin with the either of two, they loggedin his console. What could the problem with my console be.I cant login
in with those major accounts and rest of the accounts and apps and games work fine, what could be the problem........PLS HELP!!!!

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

I also didnt want make an account to sign into the xbox one. I wanted my old gamer tag to be the default or whatever. Ill sign this one all the way into my xbox one but that wont help me with the other account im trying to recover?

Just want to know if it is an issue on your end. Which will be fixed over time. Or if it's the xbox console it self?

And what I should do? Return it to be replaced?

when you try access your Microsoft Account or your outlook email, they works fine?
