contacting Xbox support Directly to speak to someone live about your account. Unfortunately no one on forums will be able to manage your account or promise any refunds. When you click contact us, be sure to say no thanks
to the virtual assistant in order to speak to a live person.

Have you contacted Xbox LIVE support for your region about refund. If they keep record regarding this ongoing issue, you should be able to claim a refund.
