Help A New Xbox One User!!!

I'm a new Xbox One user and I don't play games online. I want to play Dying Light and any other games I can find but it keeps telling me that I'm not signed in to my Xbox account. I play my 360 offline. What do I do to play offline with this Xbox One? Thanks!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!! NEW XBOX ONE USER!!

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue. Also, if you have a Kinect you can say "Xbox Snap Achievements" to snap them to the side to see their progress.

If you do not have a kinect simply double tap the Guide button to bring up the snap menu.

PLEASE HELP!!! NEW XBOX ONE USER!!

After transferring my 360 account to the one, I can't seam to open my achievements, also when playing games my achievements don't pop! I want to look at my achievements but only get a message across my screen saying "something went wrong" followed by an
error code. Be great if someone could tell me what's wrong! Thanks in advance

Hey mate, make sure you've download your gamertag to the console first to continue using the same account following the steps here:

support.xbox.com/.../download-your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-xbox-one-console

Then switch your console to 'offline mode' steps here:
support.xbox.com/.../using-xbox-one-offline

When purchasing a game, you can use points. To change your method of payment, go to the option that lets you change payments (I can't remember what the option was called).

Where did you try to log in? Xbox.com? Is the microsoft account it's asking for a windows Live ID account?

To my understanding, it wont affect the other account (the first account you created on the console).

You'll want to make the Microsoft Account your primary account. That will make it easier for you in the future, as it ties into all of MS services and makes it easier to manage and find lost information. You will want to use that MS Account information to
sign into your console, attach your payment information t it, and then use that account to purchase points/products.

You'll need to use a Microsoft (Hotmail) email address to sign into Xbox LIVE. If you want to purchase Microsoft Points directly from the console, using a credit card is the way to go.
