    Major issue,,, with Xbox One Console

    This morning i purchased a 3 Month XBOX Live card from my local Tesco store... My daughter and myself have entered the code numerous times to get the same message...

    After a quick google search i went to Settings on xbox one and clicked on Subscription.... It shows that i have a 3 Months Subscription that is valid till 08/12/2018.

    But my daughter can't play online as it take us back to the subscribe to GOLD page.

    Im. sitting on the phone in a very long wait to XBOX Support.

    Does anyone have any idea what could be this issue here.... 45 minutes an still i on phone.

    Hello. I got a problem with xbox live gold prepaid code for 3 months. I just buy it and typing in REDEE CODE and when i press done it says This code has already been used. Please enter a code that has not been used, but it wasnt used. Can you help me?

    If she's using a different account, then you've to make sure you are sharing Xbox live gold with other accounts. But if you guys using the same account or both of you have the same issue follow this steps.

    Please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps as mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    why can't Microsoft support help with this problem

    The 3-month code was meant to be sent out by Email is it in your inbox?
    I too have this same issue and was told to post here after contacting support.

    Promotion was buy 3 months of gold, get 3 months free. The 3 Free months were to be received within 10 days from purchase.

    Received a code via email the following day (with no indication of how many months of fold it was for.)

    Waited 10 days, no secondary code/redemption instructions received.

    Redeeming the initial code, only gives 3 months of gold, not the 6 that stated in the promotion.

    It has been well past the 10 days since purchase, and the free 3 months is no where to be seen.

    Before it's asked, spam and junk mail has been checked. Outside of the initial purchase email/code, nothing relating to the order or promotion has been received.

    Support seems unable to help beyond telling people with this issue to post here.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
