xbox one preview update problem

I cannot access the preview update and have an ongoing problem with the error code 0x87de0a9f and the support desk told me to post this here so I can get a different link to the preview update forums

lionhead.com/.../Experience.aspx. You will get all the items without doing the flash player game. You will have to be signed in aswell

 

NOW I CAN NOT sign in it comes up with sign in :0x87dd0006 all this from the update can you get it done

 

Dealing with the same thing, I can't sign on to Xbox Live now.

 

Preview app stuck at 99% says installation stopped and have 0x87de0a9f error code when i try to finish the update/installation.

 

now have the same ox87deoa9f can sign in

 

Same problem here with installation of "Xbox One Preview Registration" ==> Error 0x87de0a9f

I've had this a few times....I love how Microsoft who wrote the error codes, don't know what it means........

I want to unregistered for the beta testing, I don't see why I should try and help them fix something for them when I've already paid a premium price for a Xbox one that still doesn't work right after 5 months.

You want me to help fix your hardware &software to increaseyour sales and compensate me for all the further hassle you put me through?

 

Mine did the same thing,same error code. Did a hard reset then I went to app, menu button and selected app details and pressed install and it went to 100% finished. Don't know if the hard reset was needed though. Hope this helps someone.

 

Did a hard reset like suggested. Did not fix the 99% issue for me. Not sure whats going on kind of annoying since it sits in the Queue.

 

I got the same error code at 99% downloaded, put the code in to xbox.com and they dont know what it is.... support is quiet poor considering we're helping them.
