oh well, it depends what he meant by modding. Flames helmet were available in Halo Reach Legendary edition and as a gift from Bungie, when they had the control over the game. If he will be able to find on ebay or amazon Halo Reach Legendary Edition with
unused code for the helmet then he eventually can have it and it won't be anything against the rules.

Venator reminds me of Isaac's helmet in Dead Space and the Soldier helmet reminds me of a samurai helmet. I like that they have unusual looking helmets, rather than all typical ones with visors like in previous games.

Steel Plate Helmet, Legendary, +40 Magicka.

Steel Plate Armour, Legendary.

Steel Plate Boots, Legendary, +35 Carrying Capacity.

Steel Plate Gauntlets, +25% One Handed Damage.

Necklace of Sure Grip (Or others, but this is the one I use with the Greatsword, obviously) +20% Two Handed Damage.

Daedric Longbow, Legendary.

Ancient Nord Arrows, 560, and Ebony Arrows, 99.

Blades Sword, Legendary.

Ring of Something, Something, +35% One Handed Damage.

I have Blades Armour upgraded and ready to roll whenever I feel like swapping, but I prefer Steel Plate. I make Dragon armour.... to sell, ugly crap that it is.
