Hellppp please

my Xbox one dropped about 3 feet to the ground, It turns on, I can even eject discs but there is no audio/ video display. I have tried everything, nothing works. I'm thinking I need to get it repaired. I'm just not sure what the problem is? If anyone could
help me to maybe tell me what the problem may be and how much $ it would be to repair that would be awesome.

Chances are somethings broken inside.

If the console is under warranty then it wont cost anything for a repair.

If it isn't then it'll cost over $100,not from the U.S. so can't give you an exact amount.

Personally i'd rather buy a new console than pay that rip off price for a repair.In my experience the repair wont last longer than 6 months anyway

The standard 12 month warranty Xbox One consoles come with, with the warranty, it does NOT cover damage which is the fault of the customer (unless your country's law specifically covers that). And the manufacturer has the right to not cover your console
since this was a fault with the customer, not the appliance.

Your console is not a rugby ball. It's not made out of military titanium and corning gorilla glass with A+ shock absorbers. You can contact the retail store or person you got it from, or contact Microsoft. Do you have insurance? Some retailers offer at time
of purchase, extended warranties which may warrant the purchased devices against more factors like accidental damage etc).

 

How do you know it was the op's fault? They didn't say anything like that.

It could of quite easily been an accident
