HELLP exchange of internal HD

Hello,

I would like to know if microsoft has an initial installation software

for the xbox one system to exchange the HD, I say this because I own a

PS4, and after releasing 3 screws I have access to the HD compartment of

the PS4, and the sony

provides on its website the updat or default installation file of the

console, with that I was able to change the 500gb HD to an internal 5TB,

I went to do the same with xbox one, it took me a lot to get access to

HD, but I had and I used it I've

been trying to change the hard drive, I have a lot of games and I do

not know how to spend all my time downloading the games from the store.

It consumes me a lot. time and external HD for me is not an option, I have children at home.

Impossible

in 2018 we still can not get an adequate support, first of all my game

tag in xbox and and in ps4 and lra-xbox, only a and can

already perceive my choice and microsoft, but this is leaving to be

desired, a simple support, a simple HD exchange, we need system updat to do HD exchange, HD home installation software...

Internal HD space

Try a complete shutdown. Hold power button for 6-10 seconds or until its completely off, unplug the power cable from the back of the Xbox one and wait 2-5 minutes then plug it back in and power it up. This will clear the cache and you get a fresh restart.

Also I highly recommend buying an external USB 3.0 HD. You can get 3 TB Seagate for around 100 bucks (3.5 inch drives) and beside giving you a lot of added storage:; loading times will be improved over the junky internal 5400 RPM laptop hard-drive MS decided
to stick in the Xbox One. One thing to note is that probably will want to put your Xbox into energy saving mode if you get an external otherwise the external drive will either always be on or constantly powerup and down when the Xbox checks for updates. The
startup time is only slightly longer and overal its probably better for your Xbox since the instant on mode has the Xbox fans pretty much always on.

Hello again, this is usually done by sending the console to Microsoft's warranty, or if your console is no longer under warranty, you can use Microsoft's paid repair service or choose some technical assistance of your choice so that you can exchange the internal HD.

Hellp Heeeydevon, as you are on Xbox S Series unfortunately it and limited by the size of the SSD, however you can buy an external disk and use it only for media captures, it does not need to be an SSD, just be an external HD USB 3.0 and put it configured for your captures and you will get more recording time according to the size of the HD.
