HelloId on my xbox?

Being a parent I was wondering if there is a possibility of getting my kids to be able login on HelloId since I have to pay for xbox live and the games are overwhelming but unfortunately I can't seem to login to HelloId for education There is YouTube which
is owned by Google but no chrome, how many endless hours are spent playing games that have no educational purposes my kids need some educatoin from this device 400 buck should've been enough for a simple login portal app. Some help from xbox with this issue
would be appreciated.

What exactly is HelloId and is it supported on the Xbox?

The reality is it's a third party app, that's nothing to do with Xbox in the first instance it's the app publisher who needs to request clearance to go onto Xbox. Given the niche nature of it I doubt it'll be viable for them.

What error is appearing when you try to connect to app to console?. Please note it helps to have both on the same Internet network to communicate easier.
