i got banned for marketplace theft and i did the case review and they told me that I was banned for marketplace assets can someone tell me what that is thanks

It's a character named Gongora from an Xbox 360 RPG called Lost Odyssey. Great game worth playing if you like any classic Final Fantasy game or long RPGs you can sink tons of hours into.

 

Marketplace assets basically means the content from the Xbox store. So it would mean you were banned for using some sort of exploit to get stuff from the marketplace without paying.

This account was permanently suspended for theft of marketplace assets. The conduct that caused this suspension includes attempts to defraud Microsoft or authorized agents, attempts to commit Microsoft fraud, and using illegitimately acquired credit cards
or other payment instruments in order to make purchases on Xbox Live. This behavior is strictly against the Microsoft Services Agreement and it will not be tolerated on Xbox Live. Upon further investigation of this case, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement
