    Hello iam tommy i was playing a game with a friend. And now i cant do any thing for 14 days this is not right i did nothing. Wrong so let me do everything on Xbox now or pay for my 12 month gold membership cuz if u not let me use everything on gold membership

    It's a character named Gongora from an Xbox 360 RPG called Lost Odyssey. Great game worth playing if you like any classic Final Fantasy game or long RPGs you can sink tons of hours into.

  6. Hi, if you violate the code of conduct you get punished. This was something you agreed to when you signed up for an Xbox account. It is not stealing, it is a suspension, which they can do. Learn from your mistakes and it won't happen again. There is a

    Hey Tommy.

    When you signed up for Xbox Live, you agreed to obey the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. Included in these rules was, that if you get a suspension, you agree to have access to certain features revoked during that suspension, and you won't get compensated.

    As for you having done "nothing":

    Be aware that every time someone reports something you do on Xbox Live, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry as evidence, and send that in along with the report.

    If that evidence shows you actually did "nothing", then the human being from the Enforcement Team will also do nothing, and you won't get a suspension.

    If however the evidence shows, that you did violate the Code of Conduct or the Terms of Use, you will get an appropriate suspension.

    Should you still think the suspension was issued in error, you can try to file a case review for your suspension at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com.

    Be aware however, that in order to file a case review you will have to answer a short questionnaire to test if you really know the Code of Conduct.

    You can "cheat" on that questionnaire, if you first
    read through the Code of Conduct here
    .

    You can even keep that browser page open during the questionnaire to look up stuff that you need in order to answer the questions.

    I've only got two of you complaining about this (that I have seen personally). We can't reproduce it here, so I believe it might be specific to your region.

    What I want you to try is reaching out to
    Konami
    . That link will send you to their US support site.
    Their Europe link
    does not work for me, but here it is in case it works for you. They don't have any forums that I can find so I am unsure if others are running into this at this time. Let them know what your situation is with your region and what is happening.
    You can direct them to this forum thread so that they can see you have been working with us, and show that we cannot get the same update issue you are seeing.

    Please let me know how it goes! I'm interested to see how they work with you on it, and if we can get to a resolution together. :)
