    Hello


    I was playing my Xbox console when I froze the screen and turned off the console, and when I tried to turn it on it was black screen on the screen wait about 20 minutes and so it stayed so I went back to restart the console and now says no there is a signal
    on my screen

    It's a character named Gongora from an Xbox 360 RPG called Lost Odyssey. Great game worth playing if you like any classic Final Fantasy game or long RPGs you can sink tons of hours into.

    You may need to power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 5 seconds or until it restarts.

    It should re boot after.

    When a console is shut down unexpectedly or crashes, it might be that the console has to do a file system check, just like a PC, that after a power outage might show you a message that the system drive has to be checked, and you have to wait longer for the
    PC to start.

    Similarly, the console will do a system check while showing a black screen for up to 10 minutes.

    Your console taking 20 minutes seems to indicate a more serious issue.

    Can you try to do a recovery boot, by holding the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off, then holding the "bind" and "eject" buttons and then starting the console with the power button. The console will beep when you press the power button.

    Keep holding bind and eject buttons until the console beeps a second time after about 10 seconds.

    If the console comes up with a recovery screen, try to factory reset the console, or do an

    offline recovery    .

    I've only got two of you complaining about this (that I have seen personally). We can't reproduce it here, so I believe it might be specific to your region.

    What I want you to try is reaching out to
    Konami    . That link will send you to their US support site.
    Their Europe link     does not work for me, but here it is in case it works for you. They don't have any forums that I can find so I am unsure if others are running into this at this time. Let them know what your situation is with your region and what is happening.
    You can direct them to this forum thread so that they can see you have been working with us, and show that we cannot get the same update issue you are seeing.

    Please let me know how it goes! I'm interested to see how they work with you on it, and if we can get to a resolution together. :)

    I've already contacted the Konami support, they asked me about region, country and xbox type. They are still working on it. If I have any updates I will let you know. I deleted all saved content and reinstalled the game but still nothing. I appreciate your
