    Hello


    My account was compromised and they did stuff that got my account banned . I did file an unauthorized case but they found no evidence . I did go to the enforcement team but they keep sending me pre-written text like robots. I did all I could do to try to
    get back my account unbanned .

    What should be my next step?

    I lost 4 xbox one digital games and a 1 year membership so you know I would never do anything to try to violate the code of conduct.

    It's a character named Gongora from an Xbox 360 RPG called Lost Odyssey. Great game worth playing if you like any classic Final Fantasy game or long RPGs you can sink tons of hours into.

    There's nothing you can do.The enforcement team have evidence that you broke the rules so you were banned.

    If support say there's no evidence of your account being compromised then thats it.

    Any other questions regarding account bans should go here

    They will only tell you why you were banned though.

    I guess i'm still within the 90 day policy. I guess I can refund my xbox one and buy a ps4 where sony never bans a user by mistake. By the way better graphics

    You weren't banned by mistake.The enforcement team carry out a thorough investigation before banning anyone so they have found evidence that you broke the rules.

    The exact same thing will happen on Sony's console as well if you are found to be breaking the rules

    I guy hacked my account and broke the rules . What side are you on the CONSUMER OR MICROSFT.

    Upon trying to sign in my account it greets me with this message .

    Sign in is block on **************@****.C*m. it says black for too many incorrect passwords . The same guy that hacked me is trying to do it again.

    so your hotmail is blocked not your xbox live? you can reset that if you know your security stuff

    I couldn't help but notice that you posted your email address. Please do not post things like this, as this is how others can hack you.

    Now, are you able to Sign into your Xbox Live gamertag on your console?

    Have you got an email from Xbox Live, telling you why you where banned?

    Are you able to sign onto your account through,

    or https://account.live.com. ?

    I didn't post my email I just inputted those characters for example.

    Yes I can sign in on my console but can't connect live because of the suspension.

    Right now i'm able to access the account at the website.

    But the guy that had recently hacked my did this to my account to get other peoples account and I don't know how much people got banned because of this when they were innocent.

    I did file an unauthorized case but with the rude customer support blabbing their mouth saying that there is no way my account can get banned. I don't think I can get justice.

    I've only got two of you complaining about this (that I have seen personally). We can't reproduce it here, so I believe it might be specific to your region.

    What I want you to try is reaching out to
    Konami
    . That link will send you to their US support site.
    Their Europe link
    does not work for me, but here it is in case it works for you. They don't have any forums that I can find so I am unsure if others are running into this at this time. Let them know what your situation is with your region and what is happening.
    You can direct them to this forum thread so that they can see you have been working with us, and show that we cannot get the same update issue you are seeing.

    Please let me know how it goes! I'm interested to see how they work with you on it, and if we can get to a resolution together. :)

    I've already contacted the Konami support, they asked me about region, country and xbox type. They are still working on it. If I have any updates I will let you know. I deleted all saved content and reinstalled the game but still nothing. I appreciate your
