    Tried to post in the welcome section but everything is locked. Anyway wanted to say hey. Been on live for about 8 years and love it. Have aquestion and not sure where to ask.it seems my mic does not work(xbox one). i have started parties and joined them
    and nobody can hear me. Is there a setting to set chat through a mic or is mine just not working? Thanks in advance.

    It's a character named Gongora from an Xbox 360 RPG called Lost Odyssey. Great game worth playing if you like any classic Final Fantasy game or long RPGs you can sink tons of hours into.

    It used to be possible, but when they renewed the forums that ability was lost. Quite inconvenient when you want to quote certain users.

    As for the other question, I'm not sure. I don't have an Xbox One myself.

    Welcome to the forums! The chat issue is a bit buggy, that happens to me sometimes. I'd recommend a hard reset by holding the power button until the system turns off, then give it like 30 seconds and then press the button again. See if you can now enter
    parties with a working mic.

    I've only got two of you complaining about this (that I have seen personally). We can't reproduce it here, so I believe it might be specific to your region.

    What I want you to try is reaching out to
    Konami    . That link will send you to their US support site.
    Their Europe link     does not work for me, but here it is in case it works for you. They don't have any forums that I can find so I am unsure if others are running into this at this time. Let them know what your situation is with your region and what is happening.
    You can direct them to this forum thread so that they can see you have been working with us, and show that we cannot get the same update issue you are seeing.

    Please let me know how it goes! I'm interested to see how they work with you on it, and if we can get to a resolution together. :)

    I've already contacted the Konami support, they asked me about region, country and xbox type. They are still working on it. If I have any updates I will let you know. I deleted all saved content and reinstalled the game but still nothing. I appreciate your
