    Hello. Color problem.

    My friends see me as blue when we are on a same team/squad. All other players are green, for me and for the others.

    Any idea why I am appearing as blue (outlines), when everybody else in the team/squad/party are green?

    If it`s been damaged due to a fall then the only thing you can do is have it repaired.

    Can you please try disconnecting all of the cables from the console plus power brick and also the consoles HDMI cable from the television and wait for five minutes then connect everything back up to see if anything will then display. If nothing displays
    I would then try using an alternate HDMI cable and a different HDMI port on the television.

    If the console does require repairing you will be able to arrange a repair using
    this link.

    Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

    1. Repair / Reset xbox App

    Windows Key+i> Apps > Locate Xbox app by Scrolling Down > Click Advanced Options > Click Repair

    If Repair doesn't work, click Reset

    3. If Reset doesn't work, then you should uninstall using Powershell and reinstall the Xbox App

    Windows+X > Click Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the below command and right click in Powershell to paste it and Enter

    get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-appxpackage

    Now, you need to reinstall it

    Use below Powershell command to install

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.XboxApp | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”

    (If you encounter problem installing it, you can always install it from Microsoft Store)
