    Hello,

    Someone would need to file a complaint against your account for cheating, and the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team will reset your gamerscore. They will also prevent your from unlocking any achievement that your got throught unauthorized means.

    File a complaint against the user via the dashboard. Moderators on the Xbox Live Forums do not have the power to ban users, only the Xbox Live Policy enforcement team can do that. The best way complain against a user is to file a complaint.
