Sorry to hear about your situation but a console ban is permanent and will never be reversed. However you can do a case review on your Xbox LIVE accounts in particular if they didn't violet the terms of service of code of conduct. If you honestly didn't
do anything wrong than it was most likely due to another person using your console.
