    hello friends i have been suspended on my main xbox account and i dont understand what they said i did could be true cause it just doesnt make any sense so im trying to seek help on here since an xbox support agent told me too so here goes nothing lol?

    I keep getting suspended on xbox live I promise I have done nothing I do curse but I dont direct to anybody I'm nice to all my friends please help me I'm getting fausly reported please help I'm only 15 i come home to play it gets me mad when I get suspended
    for no reason please unsuspend me ☺

    Xbox account suspended?! How?!

    Hello Xbox Support, my Xbox account has been suspended though I haven't been online in the past week, please help me and I really need answers. This isn't the first time either microsoft. I used to be the person who would say xbox was superior, but at least
    Playstation players don't get suspended for no apparent reason....

    No one on the forums can do anything... your best bet for more information is to request a case review over at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com - that's where the Policy Enforcement Team resides, and they are the only ones with information about why you were suspended.

    I think i have been communication banned but i dont understand why?

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Communications covers more than talking & even if you just talk in a party with friends you still have to follow the code of conduct.

    For more info & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site

    Hi there,

    Please visit enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account. From there, if you visit your "enforcement history" it will show the details for your suspension, including a brief reason and the duration.

    If you are eligible, there may also be a button to open a "case review" where you can contact the Enforcement Team for a review of your suspension. Note that this is the only way to contact the Enforcement Team.

    In addition, you should have also received an email to the address on your Microsoft Account with the same information.
