There is a certain swich which will remove a few issues, but honestly, it brings more issues into play. Honestly, from what I have seen, splitters seem to not work properly with the X1. If you can somehow take that out of play that would be the best option
(which is why I am glad my tv has more than enough HDMI ports).

Unfortunately, an HDMI to USB cord will not work because the console's USB ports do not transmit video or audio. These cables are primarily used to transmit video from a compatible USB device, such as a laptop, to a TV or monitor.

If the HDMI port of your console is damaged, there will be no choice but to place a service order for your console, but I am afraid that if it no longer has its current warranty, it will have to be at a trusted technical center in your area since it seems Xbox no longer repairs Xbox One consoles that are out of warranty period since those models no longer appear in the "Out-of-warranty service cost" drop-down menu on the following website:

I found out early on that second chance was a newb move from you guys, so I don't use it. Now I try to dump a clip in anyone that I find out has it... but you gotta make it look good and crouch up and down.

Hello again thanks for the responses, i have tried cleaning he hdmi input on my tv and that did not work and i do not believe that to be the issue as i can still use other devices through that input and it works fine, i have also tried resetting the resolution
and that also had no effect. I have done some research looking at other forums on the web and i believe it may be a handshake issue between the xbox and tv, if this is the case i wondered if anyone knows any possible ways of resolving the issue,
