    Error "serious" in connecting to Xbox Live

    Hello everyone I am , I have a problem, no more than one:

    The first is: When I try to connect by on Xbox Live gives me an error when trying to connect (says the
    problemis the nat k). "But I can see the offer that xbox live"

    the second is: when I go to buy the gold membership "for now that's cheap!" me
    an error which reads: status code 80190864

    What should I do ??!!??

    Your profile is not showing as Gold here on the forums; what kind of trial do you have? The 48-hour trials do not give you Gold status, they just allow you to play some of the online multiplayer modes (and not Netflix). (The first three new profiles
    created on a console get offered 30-day Gold trials, and those are full-Gold status.)

    48 hr trials do not give you gold status, they only give you access to 'some' gold features.

    It depends what game you are trying to play as to what you can do, usually public matchs will work, ranked will not.

    What are you trying to do?

    14 day trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer so not everything will be available to you with a trial.
