Hello This Post Is a Request To Make Changes To My Current Ban

Hello All, I was banned from Xbox Live tell 12/31/9999 because of communication and i will be talking about the ban below and how it's affecting me and my family.

Because of the ban that i received it has caused serious issues with me and my family since all of are games were purchased through digital download and we're not able to play the games that we have purchased.

I have talked with Xbox support multiple times and what they suggested was to post this information in the forms to see if i could get some assistance with this matter.

I'm not saying that i don't deserve to be punished (because i defiantly do) but i what i'm suggesting is that i receive a permanent communication ban instead of an Permanent Xbox Live Ban that way me and my family can enjoy the video games we bought and still
have all of are game saves.

In the end it's all my fault and i would just like it if my whole entire family didn't have to suffer for my choices.

Make sure you can access the e-mail associated with your Windows Live ID as it's unlikely they'll respond in public to your ban inquiry.

Here is my situation I have change my gamerpic on xbox one, I go back and I notice that my gamerpic has change for another pornographic, my wife has change my gamerpic to make a joke and I immediately change but I was ban so I be grateful to remove my ban because
of a misunderstanding and an offence which was not desired.

The Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) do not browse the forums to address grievances with suspensions/bans.

Even so, bans are permanent and irreversible. Customer service (phone/chat) representatives tend to send people here to the forums when they don't know how to further handle your problem. This place is primarily posts by the community, and absolutely nobody
here has the power to reverse your ban.

Your only course of action is to make a new Xbox account and/or buy a new console (if you were issued a device ban as well).

It has never told me that once throughout many LFG posts, that’s the issue. If it were to clearly outline it as not allowed anywhere in the actual LFG, it would be fine, but there are literally tens of thousands of posts currently up requesting trades, and VERY FEW of them get banned. It is incredibly misleading to see, and I mean it when I say this, tens of thousands of posts currently active requesting trades at all times. Once again, I now understand the ban, but to say that it was something that “LITTARALLY” (maybe spell check before belittling me) is told to you when you make a post is flat out untrue, and thousands of other players should be receiving the same ban as I have.

Just because there are posts like that, doesn't mean they're allowed. Those people will also probably get banned.

Fallout 76 LFGs are full of buy/sell/trade posts. Every now and then you will come across someone offering money for items and vice versa.
