Hello there, I need help with the rewards mission for the first purchase.

Thank you very much in advance who is reading this post, I have a problem with my xbox reward points, I already made my first purchase, and some other ones, my first purchase was titanfall deluxe edition on february 14th 2016, and some others until the last
that I made last sunday, it was banjo kazooie nuts and bolts and dark souls II however, i have not recieved those rewards points yet, I would really apreciate if you can help me with this, once more thank you.

Xbox One S Console Upgrade

I am trying to purchase a Xbox One S for the first time and earn 50,000 reward points. However, whenever I go to the page to get these points (Xbox Live Rewards) I just
get redirected to the My Missions page. On the missions page, there is no option for the console upgrade reward. Do I need to purchase the console first in order to be eligible for the reward?

Hello since the update of xbox live rewards the mission make his first purchase disappeared and I have not made any purchase you too?

 

How have you made the purchases? In order to qualify, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/paypal purchases are not eligible.

 

oh, I was not aware of that so just microsoft credit is eligible, I will keep that in mind thanks for the info
