Sorry to hear it. Information like that can only be given to the police when a subpoena is submitted. Please be sure to report the theft to your local authorities and they can take it from there.

Microsoft complies with your local law enforcement. If your Xbox 360 was stolen and they are able to help in anyway in terms of tracking a console then they should be able to comply. They will not be able to release that information to you directly unfortunately,
they will go directly through with local law enforcement. They will not block a console from the network if the console itself hasn't done anything wrong, and you can always retrieve your account if it's been stolen/compromised from your console being stolen.

• Xbox One- Microsoft Video Game Console from the 8th Generation of Video Game Consoles (includes all Xbox One Models (ie S)
  
• Project Scorpio (working name)- Microsoft Video Game Console from the 9th Generation of Video Game Consoles
