Hello Support, sombody at work???

this is a copy of my last message to the support. I sent three bevor with the same problem.

and the tip to read the threat about troublshooting....(check your server, hire some software developer....I am one )

About months nothing changes...

my last support-message:

just a minute ago. I lost all my winnings. about 6 Bingoes and a lot of coin. I played with 2 Powerups, one of it a "B".

I didn't get back my lost winnings and Powerups from the last week. and It's very conspicuous that the game always crashes in the last 10 Seconds, always when I got a lot of bingos, powerballs ect.

Please fix that problem. have a look to your database and check my input.

And in Greece, wich I played many times I didn't get any collections yet.

I like this game but every time this sh... happens it frustrates me and I ask myself why nothing happens.

One or two times You gave me some tickets back but thats not a alternative to lost coins or powerups.

Support can open an unauthorized access ticket to investigate your claim. If they find in your favour your account will be returned to you by PET. If they find otherwise than all dlc/gold/ms points associated with that account are lost.

they said they well call me about my account because it was comprimised and they did some unathurized and it was hacked i was wondering if i could get my xboxlive gold back and my callofduty elite premium back if i cant get my xboxlive account back

 

You may want to try posting in the support section of the forums instead of the discuss section if you're looking for a response from support.

worse the support and how instabil the game works.
