You can try to uninstall this game and then go to the Roblox official website, download the installation files from the official website and check

whether it works if still can't works please contact the support of Roblox.

it is possible. But usually if your banned. youll get a different type of message. My best answer would be to reach out to Roblox. Here is the contact info for Roblox i put it at the top of the link. Only they have access to tell you if your account is banned

It's weird that I even can't log-in into another account, when I try to enter, it simply show the Error 901.

And, thanks, I reached out Roblox, and i'm waiting for a answer.

Got the same problem here. When I try to enter my code I get a message saying; "An error has occurred please try again later"

I've tried entering it 5or6 times and get the same message every time.

First, what is the model and operating system of your device?

my current model and operating system is Windows 10 home

Second, do you have enough storage space and memory to run the installers?

i currently have about 600GB storage left and about 24GB memory left

Third, do you have a stable internet connection and are you downloading the installers from the official Roblox website?

Yes i do have a stable internet connection and yes i am downloading roblox from the official roblox website

Fourth, do you get any error messages or codes when the installers crash?

No i do not get any error messages or codes when the installers crashes

The Possible troubleshooting steps you sended me didnt work it still does the same thing

I am having a similar issue - redeemed the code on Xbox.com - when I went to my Xbox One the app to install WAS under 'my games & apps' so I installed - when it got to 100% it gave me a message 'cannot complete installation' - Uninstall and try again. So
I uninstalled - and now the install is nowhere to be found on the Xbox One - tried re-entering the code and it says 'this code has already been redeemed'
