Hello Preview dashboard app

Hello , i got invited by a friend to the preview and i have not seen anything about it also tonight a second person has invited me and i still do not see anything i spoke to xbox support via chat they could not help and this is why i am here , I have been
invited 2 times and nothing when i search for Xbox Preview Dashboard app It says nothing found , Can any one help please ?

(Also i moved to xbox one from xbox 360 a couple of days ago on my home tab in featured it shows "amazing features on your xbox" i have been through it and it wont go away and show me stuff a normal xbox one user would see there )

Just had Xbox One console update with no info?

If you're in the preview program, the release notes will be in the preview dashboard app. They don't announce every update publicly.

 

Preview App

Hello,

Xbox Support confirm I am in the preview program (I've had the W10 dashboard since the start of November, so must be enrolled) however I cannot download the preview dashboard app. I don't have the message I was originally sent and it doesn't show up in my
list of available apps ready to install. I obviously can't manage my preview options without this app, how can I get the app back?

Hey buddy,

Being invited doesn't mean that you will be accepted, it simply means that you've been added to the potential candidate list, at which point xbox will reveiw and send you out a message VIA xbox live if you are accepted. This can take a while, so you can
only wait. I've heard it taking a few months for people to be accepted in the passed

Hello DENA , before I purchased my Xbox one console , I had a message from Xbox live on my 360 saying join the beta but this was before anything to do with the invites happened if that makes sense maybe they are having a problem with thinking I have already
been sent the invite as it shows them inviting me on the Xbox 360 but I am not sure there two totally diff things , I am in the windows preview and I have been in previous Xbox 360 previews so I should have no problems getting in like I don't think but thanks

From what I know, one preview is the same as the other. Mine rolled over from my 360, I didn't have to rejoin. Did you do anything with the preview on the 360?

Can you access this forum (this is the preview forums, and will tell us if you are a member or not):

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

Failing that I can drop one of the preview support crew a message and see if you're a member already or not. I can't get you signed up, I can only check with them to see if you are or not

Seems like it Can you view the other forums? Underneath that message you should see links to "Preview Program Support" and "Update Preview Forums".

 

Yes i do see Preview Program Support only not the other one i posted a topic in it so i will see what they have to say thanks

I cannot access the forums either. I have been accepted to the program and have been completing challanges, Can someone please help me gain access?
