    Hello Pin not working or being recognised


    So I have downloaded Ark onto my PC to be a host account via Microsoft Store.

    When logging in it is asking for my Hello Pin I am inputting it and it says its not correct.

    I have removed it and changed it back to the same Pin but yet it is still not being accepted.

    I am really loosing it as I have tried numerous times now.

    This account has an ultimate account so that's not even an issue.

    are you using a different account in the store as to your windows account, if so use the windows account pin.

    I think there's some confusion here as to what is asking for the password?

    Is it Windows Store?

    Is it Xbox Live when signing into that when you first start ARK?

    Is it the game itself asking for a Pin (I know the game uses pins for Tribes and whatnot)?

    When it asks for a pin is this because it is trying to set up "Windows Hello"? If so I have this issue where logging into my work device with the Xbox App it tries to setup Windows Hello and askes for my PIN which is rejected despite it being correct.
    The irony is my work device doesn't support windows hello. So far been unable to get it working

    That is strange, have you logged into your account online via microsoft.com? Maybe it has a solution for the Pin, otherwise i would try removing and adding your account again.
