    redeemed my preorder for halo wars 2 untimate edition and never got my halo wars definitive edition code. I can play halo wars 2 but like I said never received the code

    Been checking forum posts for this widespread issue.. Appears one needs to post in the
    Sales & Promotions Forum.

    You'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum in order for support to get the code to you. They generally don't post in the discussion forum.
