    Hello Neighbor XGP won't install on Windows 10


    I am trying to install Hello Neighbor in Windows 10. I have tried this on two PC's, both PC's won't install giving the same error code.

    Code - 803F800E

    One PC is an Intel I7 6700, other has AMD Ryzen 3800x.

    Both systems have identical OS, indential updates, both have latest XB Beta app.

    I have tried installing other games, they work fine.

    Can anyone help here? So far my experience of this platform is that its very unstable.

    Is anyone else running this game from their Xbox Game Pass subscription on Windows 10 PC? Or did you buy the game outright from the Windows Store and still get this error? If not, I'd be leaning towards this being a licensing issue with this Hello Neighbor
    for PC not being properly part of XGP.

    So I don't have that problem but the game will not load at all. It gets to the white tinyBuild screen and just stays there, I can hear the music but the screen gets stuck. I've uninstalled and re installed, restarted the computer...

    No, I get the same problem. Have tried all the proposed solutions on all 4 pc's in the family and get the same error message on all of them. Starting to get fed up as my daughters are really chasing me to get this working...
