    Hello Neighbor on Xbox One


    Hello everyone!

    I have purchased Hello Neighbor in a physical copy a few months ago and now have a problem with the game.

    Whenever I choose to play Act 3 again,I am spawned in the apartment with the letter in my hand.

    In order to continue,I need to drop the letter and wait for the cut scene.

    Now,I have finished the whole game a few times.

    So,when I get in the town,I have double jump and all the other "powers" from the mini-games.

    Let's say I'm almost done with the game but the neighbor is stuck and I need to restart.

    Whenever I restart,all my progress goes away.

    When I look in my saves,I see one from September 4 or 3,2014.

    Does anyone know how I can fix this without re-downloading the game? Because that means redoing Act 1 (Which was annoying).

    Also,If I delete that save,it keeps coming back.

    Maybe how you have the physical copy, you tried delete the save without you want deleted and try played the game offline? You have some Error Message from the insues?

    Try delete the old save offline and play the act 3 again making a new save, however this saves stay save in clould and because this the save come back, so when you delete the save and play again you can be able to create a new save from act 3. try it and

    If the disc is for the Xbox, then it will only work for the Xbox. You would need to purchase it digitally in order to play it on PC.
