Hello neighbor not starting on PC

Hi, I have the PC gamepass and Hello neighbor isn't launching. I press play, a window with hello neighbor briefly appears for a second and closes itself. The game never starts. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I've updated the driver
on my Geforce 1070.

I'm well above minimum specs, so it should run without issue.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

If you have already attempted to uninstall the game, and this is not working for you, and your game is still crashing on launch have you tried launching the title from the Start menu or the Microsoft Store on

Windows.

Due to the Game Pass for PC being in a Beta state, some features are not working as intended. I would recommend taking a look at the

Windows 10 Xbox [Beta] App FAQ, and see if some of those troubleshooting techniques for you!

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I tried those suggestions but nothing worked, still the same problem. Following the FAQ didn't work either.

Definitely check that thread for lots of great info, and whenever you can use the report issues tool, feedback like yours is exactly how the development team will know what to improve for the full release of the app. Cheers!
