Hello Neighbor is listed as PLAY ANYWHERE right?

Probably once the game is fixed and become actually playable.

That's funny, but it's not logical.

For starters, to update what I know for sure:

This states that the game should be available for download at the Microsoft Store (Windows Store) this week (the blog is from last week). That is directly from Alex Nichiporchik, lead producer. I also know that the game is playable. Performance quirks and
bugs aside, it runs fine and is a pleasant experience on Xbox, as well as pc (I've played the Humble Store version).

And that is what makes this weird. Someone in the support forums suggested that maybe it was a region issue but that would mean that the Microsoft Store has a region issue all its own... Personally unless an employee chimes in and corrects me I'm just going
to assume that this is some symptom of the Windows Store rebranding that is going on. It seems that there is no logical reason that they're staggering the release on their pc frontend. And it seems counterproductive when they supposedly WANT to boost their
userbase in the Win 10 store... hence the rebranding...... they're trying to get away from the mistakes they've made so far, and instead of address them and actually work to solve them, they're just trying to start over and hope no one notices.

Honestly, if they'd have been honest about the staggered release I probably would not have purchased the play anywhere version because I'd rather be playing on pc.

I tried it on the Hello Neighbor which is included in the Xbox game pass also a play anywhere game, still, it doesn't work.
