Can you please try disconnecting all of the cables from the console plus power brick and also the consoles HDMI cable from the television and wait for five minutes then connect everything back up to see if anything will then display. If nothing displays
I would then try using an alternate HDMI cable and a different HDMI port on the television.

If the console does require repairing you will be able to arrange a repair using
this link.

Maybe how you have the physical copy, you tried delete the save without you want deleted and try played the game offline? You have some Error Message from the insues?

Try delete the old save offline and play the act 3 again making a new save, however this saves stay save in clould and because this the save come back, so when you delete the save and play again you can be able to create a new save from act 3. try it and
say tu us if works

even if you delete the game and download it again, your game data will not be lost

If it`s been damaged due to a fall then the only thing you can do is have it repaired.
