    Hello my xbox one controller blinks 2 times then shut downs


    Hi I have had 4 Xbox one gen 1 controllers for 4 or more years now and recently on of them has stopped working properly.

    When plugged into a PC with usb it works fine. But when plugged into a console or when attempting to pair wirelessly it blinks twice and turns off.

    I have tried on both my Xbox ones and my other controllers work but not this one. And this is with fresh batteries that work in my other controllers just perfectly fine.

    Both yes. But now I'm getting another problem, when I turn my console off, it doesn't shut down immediately, but the power button blinks a few times. Only after the blinking, it shuts down.

    Unfortunately this didn't work. The controller does not turn on the console, and if I directly turn on the console and then the controller, the controller seems to shut down as soon as the light stops blinking.

    I usually use the voice command to shut it off, and it'll blink a few times before shutting down. Seems to me to be normal behavior.
