    Hello my name is Samson my page has been hacked for the last 8/9 months they have been buying games and Xbox live and I have got console ban for the last 3 month now and me and my lil brother share the Xbox and we are very annoyed we can't play game we put
    our credit cards and it won't allow us to buy games or Xbox live please can you fix this ASAP and unban us pls my name

    i have been buying games on market place for last few months but no reward for them why is that

    My statement history says that only gild renewal and survey rewards has been added to my acc

    I DO NOT hack or mod I bought my xbox at best buy like 8 or 9 months ago brand new and buy all my games, controllers, headsets etc brand new and they are always Microsoft branded except for my turtle beaches that's it. Too worried to even play right now

    Like bowski477 said you would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and have them do an unauthorized access can not recover account escalation.

    What this consists of is support will fill out a form asking you questions about the account. and send the form up to the escalations team who will move ALL of your account information over to a new Microsoft account that does not
    have a xbox profile attached to it.
