    i thought it might be power issues but to no avail i even re downloaded the software again it keep on turning off randomly i had it cleaned and put heat grease and still so power isn’t the issue nor ventilation nor overheating nor fan so i noticed that when i join a xbox party it just turns off am not sure why is that a thing but it doesn’t happen all the time i be playing and the kaboom mind you that i clean my xbox every year and make sure not overplay and i take good care of it am realllllyyy lost here guys is it me or am that unlucky guy that discovered something new XD am real wishing its a small error because right now it comes and goes reallly weird what might be the issue?

    The console will need to be sent in for repairs, the engineers would be able to run tests and find out the problem, i cant say what the problem is, it could be anything at this point.

    You can request a repair on xbox web site.

    Please note charges do apply is the console is out of warranty
