Hi,

I would like a free Gamertag change if this is possible? When I record videos on YouTube it's awkward when my channel has a different name to my channel (I'm not planning on changing my channel name)

Fifa 14 exclusive offer not recieved

I signed up for this offer which stated that if I registered my gamer tag on an xbox one before the 5th January then I would receive a digital copy of fifa 14, 3 months live and £15 Microsoft credit. I've done everyone required, and have waited until January
29th when I was told I would receive an email by, but nothing has come. I have checked my spam folder and all emails from December and January. Can you tell me what to do next, I am unsure if the promotion was from ea or Microsoft or both.

 

Please rephrase your question more clearly. What is happening when you try to redeem a code?

 

Let's say you were going to input a 15$ card on my account and when you were done it said an error code (Unfortunately I have forgotten the code but will release it after I buy a new card) and the. Said ''I'm sorry this can not be completed'' or ''I'm sorry
this can not be completed at this time try again later'' later it still hasn't fixed it self. This has been happening since I've had my Xbox which is 2012 or 2013 christmas. For more help I have my account on gmail (unlikely this is the case as I have other
accounts on gmail so I use these for purchases) Even so it is extremly annoying as some thing I can't buy for my self such as avatar items. Im sorry I don't have the code but I'll let you know till then. I have no trouble with gold cards but even when Microsoft
cards were around it still gave me a hard time. Region Isn't a problem I hope. This is evey thing I can specifi.

Have you phoned support for your region to see if there's a block on your account?

Are you sure that your account,billing & actual locations all match?

 

Make sure that your account is in good standing. Check to make sure there are no billing problems and there is no enforcement action on your account (http://enforcement.xbox.com).

If all else fails, contact the retailer where you bought your code to see if they can re-issue it. Or, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

You see the following error code when you try to redeem an Xbox gift card:

• Error 80122734

This means that the currency that the gift card is in doesn’t match the currency used by your Microsoft account. For example, you have a gift card in Canadian dollars. That card can’t be redeemed on a US Microsoft account, which uses US dollars.

Solution

To resolve this problem, you can try to return or exchange the Xbox gift card at the retailer from whom you purchased it. Then, make sure that you obtain a card in the correct currency for your Microsoft account.
