Hello, my gamertag is and i live in canada and have had my account for a while and bought a ton of games from your company and it says i am not eligible for your gamerscore promotion? Not sure whats going on. [Mod Removed]

Unknown gamertag seems taken

This is not my problem. My problem is the fact that my Xbox 360 says that a Gamertag is already taken, while the website shows that that gamertag is in fact NOT in use. And I am pretty sure this way you'll lose all your gamerscore from the main account,
since I believe the gamerscore is linked to the gamertag, unless changes whilst paid for.

Overwatch: "This game doesn't have any achievements."

Hey guys and gals,

so I just bought Overwatch because it was finally affordable to someone going to college and I have started playing and I love it. Well, something is bothering me though: according to the Game Hub, it does not have any achievements. While I checked on the
internet and I saw that it does have achievements (also friends of mine play it and when I check their gamer page on my Xbox it says that they have xx gamerscore in Overwatch), on my achievements page it is listed as 0/0 Gamerscore. While I don't mainly play
the game for its Gamerscore, this is a little annoying nonetheless.

I have deleted the game again, removed my Xbox live account from my Xbox, turned the Xbox off, took it off the power for a minute and then started it again, installed the game and signed in. It still says that the game doesn't have any Gamerscore.

What do you think I could do to solve that problem?

Are both accounts set to USA? I have had issues with the account I created in Canada then I created my child account while living in the US. Issues galore and no apparent fix without closing my pre 1992 account.

Well by your location in your bio I can tell you are from Canada. If you bought your console in Canada and connect to Xbox Live while in Canada the language will appear that way.

I really have no idea why your gamertag changed to lowercase. Never heard of that issue before.

i have never cheated in my life and definitly not on my xbox 360 on xbox live and i have never ben suspended in my life on xbox 360, i was only off my account for a while, while xbox live was doing the investigation on my account after i go hacked and the
guy used cheats on my account and i got everything back to normal after the investigation and when i got everything back i recovered my gamertag and i had my 50,000 gamerscore and everything but when i recovered my gamertag on a different hard drive a secont
time i lost all my gamerscore and everything so please get me my gamerscore and achievments back

Your Gamertag/profile is tied to Live. It will always be there unless you do not sign in for 5 years in that case ONLY the gamertag will be changed but the ACCOUNT will be safe and attached to your email.

I have had my Gamertag/profile since the 360 days. As long as Xbox Live is around that tag is you online.

Think of your account as your Video Game Drivers licence.
