Hello, my controller keeps disconnecting in certain games

I am on windows 10

I don't know if this is why, correlation doesn't necessarily mean causation, but in more demanding titles, such as Forza Horizon 5, Like a dragon pirate in hawaii, ghost of tsushima, etc my controllers (plural) keep disconnecting.

I know very well that this isn't a Controller issue since it happens on all types, i have a Dual Sense, Xbox series controller and 8bitdo sn30 pro plus.

It isn't from the drivers either. All the drivers are up to date (i have updated them manually from the motherboard manufacturer website).

I have reinstalled windows, a couple of months ago, but the issue keeps persisting

What happens exactly is that, i play the game, as inteded, no mods, special software or anything isntalled, and in the middle of the game, the games pause, and the message "Your controller has been disconnected. The controller doesn't turn off by itself, and that is the most annoying part, since i now have to wait 10 - 15 seconds holding down the power button, and reconnect the controller

I want to add that this would happen with bluetooth earbuds, or my keyboard when paired via bluetooth, sometimes even while browsing the web, but it is extremely common in more demanding games.

It has reached a point where i cant even play wireless, and have to be plugged in at all times.
