I would also like to point out that for the most part knowing what the IP address is would be pretty much useless anyway. Generally stolen items are not stolen to be used by the perpetrator.

Your console has likely been sold on by now, and, some other unsuspecting person now 'owns' your machine. As per Onyx, make sure you change the password for your account ASAP.

It's unfortunate that your console was stolen. The first thing you should do is contact your local law enforcement agency and report the theft. Be sure to give them the serial numbers of the consoles. Xbox can only release the tracking info to the police via a subpoena.

After reporting the theft you should immediately log in to https://account.microsoft.com and change your email and/or password so no one can access your account.

If you have a credit card or paypal attached to your account you should report the theft to them so they can stop all payments until a new card is issued.

This is the only way to track your console as Xbox will only supply ip information via a subpoena supplied by the police.

as blocking the console or disabling it is not an option that any support representative would have available. I recommend you go to

Microsoft Account Security and then go under "Review Activity" there you can see if the console has been connected to the internet and from what IP address so that you can give that information to the police to help track the console down.
