1. Online support dont work. Cannot enter my name and surname .

2. I Have code ( xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx ) EA Access, trying to enter and he show me Error. What should I do?

3. Cannot buy smth. System think, that I am from Russia, but Im not, I am from LAtvia.

Gamertag Invalid?

If you try to change your name to that and the system says it's taken, then it is in use somewhere on Microsoft's servers. Even if it doesn't show up as an Xbox gamertag, Microsoft uses the same tag system for other services such as Zune. The tag could also
be spaced differently (such as "Hit man" instead) which the system would see as being the same tag).

 

CAN'T PLAY CALL OF DUTY WORLD AT WAR

It isn't Microsoft's job to fix the game. That is the sole responsibility of the
Game Developer. All MS can do is punish the players who do mod/cheat, but that would be all in vain if the problem is never fixed.



You could show the GD that you are not going to accept the fact that they have abandoned their still popular games by not buying or playing them and sending the a letter to voice your disappointment in their decision.



Yelling at MS and telling them they are doing nothing is not going to get you anywhere, especially since they are doing something. This month alone they have permanently banned over 300 players for advertising, participating in
and hosting modded lobbies. That is so much more than what the Game Developer/Publisher has done.

 

you do realize that Latvia isn't an Xbox live region right ?

You wouldn't be able to select it even if you tried

That being said since because you don't live in an Xbox live region you will continue to have issues buying or redeeming things

You will havd to wait till your region is supported

 

Online Support chat only works in supported regions

Since you don't live in an actual Xbox live region your only option is to call Russian Support since that's where your account region is

And no selecting another region won't work

EA codes are region specific

So if you buy a uk game to get the EA code that would be why

 

this insures you get to the right people so if you can't speak English you are sent to whatever region is your account
