you do realize that Latvia isn't an Xbox live region right ?

You wouldn't be able to select it even if you tried

That being said since because you don't live in an Xbox live region you will continue to have issues buying or redeeming things

You will havd to wait till your region is supported

This was something happening last night that we were aware of. At this time, we believe the issue to be resolved for backwards compatibility. Can you try logging in again and let us know how it goes?
