Hello, I've recently migrated my mojang account to my new microsoft account

Hello, that’s the problem. I cannot log in my old account through mojang, I’ve asked for help, they said, that it had been migrated and linked to Microsoft account. There’s on my Microsoft account new Mojang account which hasn’t got nickname I played with in mojang and license either

I've been doing that, but so far I've not been able to find the Microsoft account I've supposedly migrated my Mojang account to. Is there any way to check that? I've looked in my e-mail I used for my Mojang account but could not find any information on which account I have migrated it to (which is really annoying).

Hello Silas, unfortunately if you have already migrated your Minecraft account to that new Microsoft account you will not be able to download the game.

Thank you for your response. If not done so already, I would recommend also contacting Mojang Support directly. If you have recently migrated your Mojang accounts with a Microsoft account, it's possible that this is what's causing the error. Mojang should be able to pinpoint if this is an account error or something on the Microsoft account end.

Additionally, if you have noticed that this began after a recent migration, you may view Microsoft Account Migration Issues and FAQ for potential solutions to the error you are receiving.
