Hello guys,

I've purchased a second-hand Xbox one and i found it banned SN/059130342048 , I have tried to return it back to the seller and return my money back but the seller refused, and he till me that i sell it to u as is and i'll not return it back

I really surprised coz i'll not do this with any one and for any amount of money , i hate to be in this position.

Actually i paid about 200$ for this xbox, and for now i can't use it for any thing even the offline games coz i can't sing in or create new account , if i try to add new account i facing massage tilling me to try again later with code (0x80a40019) so i can't
use it for offline games.

i'm xbox player from 2005 and am not facing any problem with my account from that time, i don't know why this xbox banned, it wasn't my xbox and not me how is get that banned, my account is vary clear from the beginning and i'll not do any mistake to face
problem or banned.

please please please i need your support to unbanned this console please don't keep it as piece of plastic i'll lose my mind i can't believe that happened with me .

I've been banned!!

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

For further information on how Enforcement is done click HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

There is unfortunately nothing you can do to get that console unbanned. This scenario is not supported by Microsoft.

Console bans are permanent and irreversible.

Try your best to get your money back from the seller. If this was an online transaction like on eBay or Amazon, you could possibly file a report on that site against the seller to get your money back. If this was a local transaction like on Craigslist, you
are basically out of luck.

Hello , I Really need your help my account has been suspended for cheating, and now I have a permanent ban, absolutely done nothing wrong and I'm being falsely accused of cheating and now I've been banned for no reason please help me I've spent way too much money on this account for it to be taken away from me please. I've already contacted Xbox support they said they couldn't do anything because it's an enforcement ordeal. They denied my review and said I was cheating on a game but I wasn't I haven't cheated at all and I would never cheat. Please help me by getting my account back but I spent over several Grand on this account and I would never risk letting my account get banned to do anything stupid like cheat or mod or whatever the heck it was that they said I did please I'm begging you help me I do not want to have to take legal action and have it resolved that way please I'm begging you Ghali. Nothing anyone on the forums or at support can do.The only way to appeal a ban is via a case review on the enforcement site.If you have done that & the decision was upheld then that's it,your account will remain banned.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
